You are invited to attend a day of self-care. This experience was designed with you in mind. The day will be filled with experiences to help you relieve stress, experience relaxation, and gain tools to help support you in your work. Monday, March 3, 2025 will be all about you.
Breakfast and Lunch included; Engage in Centering Prayer, Massages, Music Therapy, Stress Reduction, Mindfulness, & more. Medical Professionals will be on-site for your healthcare needs.
