THE HEADLESS BANGERS COSTUME BALL returns to The Renaissance Hotel and Conference Center in World Golf Village, St. Augustine, this Fall on Sat Oct. 25th!!
DON'T MISS THE HALLOWEEN EVENT OF THE SEASON !
It's our 9th year - The Ball is presented by BedRock - The Ultimate Hair Band Experience and Tribute to 80's / 90's Rock, your hosts for the evening. Grab your friends, come in your scariest, funniest, most outrageous costume, or even as a couple or group idea and see if you have what it takes to win one of the prizes in the contest! Just some of what will be there:
🎃*Two LIVE Rock Bands all night: BedRock (80's / 90's Hairband Rock) and The Northern Exposure Band (Rock n Roll Music from the 60's to today)
🎃*Desserts: cake, cookies, cupcakes, brownie treats, donut bites, and more!
🎃*Costume Contest - $1,200 in CASH prizes ($500 to the 1st place costume, $300 for 2nd place, $200 for 3rd place, and.....our newest category - $200 for COUPLE or GROUP)
🎃*Psychics / Card Readers / Fortune Tellers will be on premises for hire (what does your future hold??)
🎃*Photo Booth to preserve your memories of this frightfully fun night !
🎃*Scary animatronics throughout the ballroom - Beware !! :-o
🎃*Candy! What would Halloween be without the candy?? And the good stuff too, not Dum Dums! 😆
🎃*This event is indoors and climate controlled so weather won't affect the party and you won't melt in your costume!
🎃*Self Pay Bar (FYI, they will not accept cash)
🎃*Too many extras to list - might be some surprises, or free raffles, or tricks / treats, you never know - and of course all of your scary animatronic friends will be there (check out pics and videos of previous years at the Ball on BedRock's social media pages - Facebook, You Tube, and band website !). Everything you need under one roof for the most perfect, spookiest Halloween party !! Come....if you dare......Muahahahaha 👻
This year we're focusing on getting as many as possible into the ballroom before the event starts, so doors will now be opening half an hour earlier than previous years, plus we've fine-tuned the way we're choosing the costume contest winners.
DOORS OPEN: 7:30pm
EVENT STARTS: 8:00pm
The Renaissance in World Golf Village is easy to get to, conveniently located OFF I-95, and the costume ball will take place in their big, beautiful, Legends Ballroom (over 6,000 sq. ft), there will be banquet-table seating, PLENTY OF FREE PARKING, AND A BIG DANCE FLOOR, SO BRING THOSE DANCING SHOES ! DID YOU KNOW THAT OUR ANIMATRONICS AND PROPS ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT?? :-O Some may not be available for rental on the weekend of the costume ball, but they are rented out the rest of the year. If you're hosting a Halloween Party or would like to rent one of our characters for your store, bar, restaurant, venue, corporate or office party, community event, as props for your photo business, etc. contact us for pricing and availability. ***VENDORS - If you would like to set up a table to sell your items, send a message to: Twisteden@aol.com (no food items unless your items are packaged / sealed) SPONSORS, SPIRITUAL PEOPLE, AND VENDORS will be listed on the ticket info page, on the FB page, as well as some of the other forms of advertising we may do, depending on how quickly you sign up. In previous years we had several spiritual readers, special effects makeup artist, hair tinsel artist, vendors that had crystals, hand-made jewelry, candles etc.) so become part of the Headless Bangers Ball community of businesses that participated in this awesome event!
This event has a capacity limit - it sold out last year and is expected to sell out again! Don't take that chance of not getting in !!! Get your tickets asap to guarantee entry and avoid being turned away at the door or paying the upcharge on the night of the event.
**Please note: Photography and videography will be taking place throughout this event. Your presence in public areas constitutes consent to be photographed, and by entering the venue, you agree that your image may be used for promotional purposes.
