The Alleviate Retreat is a soul-centered healing experience designed to guide participants through five transformational phases of emotional and energetic healing: grounding, self-acceptance, ego awareness, vice and virtue realignment, and group healing.
The retreat includes movement, breathwork, reflection, spiritual practice, and energetic activation.
Private healing sessions and book signings will also be available after the retreat.
