Description
This beginner-friendly class is the perfect introduction to the world of sourdough! You’ll learn the essentials of caring for your starter, mixing and shaping dough, and exploring baking techniques. During the class, we’ll get hands-on as each participant makes their own dough for a beautiful artisan sourdough boule, ready to bake the next day.
This wonderful workshop includes everything you need to start making yummy sourdough bread: the bread dough, sourdough starter, a banneton, a bread lame, and instructions!
