The Art of Surfacing is a comedic drama about an older visual artist dealing with past memories and an identity crisis as his art studio is condemned to become a condo. He boards himself in and refuses to leave. But then his past shows up to haunt him in creative ways. As he creates his 'last painting', his cathartic healing process is aided by other characters who arrive on the scene via the back fire escape. Course language advisory / mature themes
