About the Instructor
Lucy Serrano graduated from CSULA with a Master’s Degree in Counseling -Applied Behavior Analysis and has worked in counseling for 27 years and has taught several courses in areas such as Woman’s Self-Empowerment, The Grieving Process, Personal Motivation, Healthy/Unhealthy Relationships, Stress Management, Managing Chronic Pain, The Power of Affirmations, Attachment Styles, Domestic Violence, Love Languages, Establishing Boundaries, and many other topics. She also has a YouTube Vlog called “Cafecito Con Lucy” where she teaches various holistic personal growth topics in Spanish. Lucy began her personal healing journey over a decade ago which led her to study and integrate various holistic practices such as Energy Healing, Life Coaching, Reiki Healing, Tarot and Numerology Reading, Channeling, Past Lives,Breath Work and Family Constellations into her counseling background. Lucy’s counseling background, her personal healing journey and her study in holistic therapies have given her a broader perspective on the healing process. Lucy’s primary desire is to contribute to the individual’s higher awareness and by doing so, help raise the universal consciousness.
