Christine A. Specht is President and CEO of Cousins Subs, where she has spent more than three decades helping grow one of Wisconsin’s most recognized restaurant brands. Since becoming President in 2008, she has led the company’s expansion, innovation, and franchise growth while staying true to its Wisconsin and family roots. She’ll share the story behind Cousins Subs, lessons in leadership, her perspective on the future of the fast casual restaurant industry, and why community is at the heart of everything Cousins Subs does.
Joined by Kristen Tracy, Director of Communications of Cousins Subs and West Bend franchisees Keith and Amanda Novotny.
The Bend Sessions Community Lecture Series runs from August 10th through November 17th and is a FREE event open to the public, however registration is requested.

The Bend is an experience venue in downtown West Bend, WI. Built in 1929 as a Vaudeville theatre building, The Bend was restored by the nonprofit organization Historic West Bend Theatre Inc in 2020.
