Ben Houle, owner of West Bend Sausage Plus, has spent his career mastering the butcher’s craft. After learning the trade at some of Wisconsin’s premier meat markets, he and his wife, Shannon, opened West Bend Sausage Plus in 2018, building it into one of southeastern Wisconsin’s premier destination meat markets known for handcrafted sausages, premium meats, and exceptional customer service. Whether you’re a seasoned grill master or simply want to become a smarter shopper, attendees will leave with knowledge they can put to use on their very next trip to the meat counter.
The Bend Sessions Community Lecture Series runs from August 10th through November 17th and is a FREE event open to the public, however registration is requested.

The Bend is an experience venue in downtown West Bend, WI. Built in 1929 as a Vaudeville theatre building, The Bend was restored by the nonprofit organization Historic West Bend Theatre Inc in 2020.
