The Botanical Science of Flavor with Nadia of BlackMajesTEA

September 14, 2025

1-3 pm

Discover how plants shape our world through the lens of flavor, culture, and identity. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore beloved cash crops like coffee and tea as dynamic ingredients in cooking, candy-making, and mixology. Using fresh herbs from the garden, you’ll craft your own herbal blends and experiment with bold flavor profiles. Participants will make a custom spice rub for cooking, create a beverage using fresh garden ingredients, and prepare a dessert that highlights plant-based flavors.

Whether you're a foodie, gardener, or curious creator, this class invites you to taste the richness of plants in unexpected and delicious ways.
