Description

For the 2025 Holiday Season, the BSO presents a Tchaikovsky Seasonal Celebration featuring Colorado musical artist Scramble Campbell.  Well known for creating vivid, brightly colored, musical stories on canvas, Scramble Campbell has created paintings and murals for bands ranging from U2, INXS, the B-52s, Phish, and Blues Traveler plus many others. He became the Red Rocks Amphitheater artist in residence in 2003 and has also been the artist in residence for the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities. Watch as he creates a painting during each performance from the rich textures of Tchaikovsky's "Serenade for String Orchestra" and the multiple whimsical movements from "The Nutcracker".

Broomfield Symphony Orchestra

The Broomfield Civic Orchestra was formed by local musicians in 1981 to provide residents of Broomfield and surrounding areas with opportunities to participate in and enjoy performances of orchestra music and to enrich their cultural life. The orchestra began doing business as Broomfield Symphony Orchestra (BSO) in 2011 due to its increased membership and wider repertoire. The orchestra has grown financially, musically and in audience outreach in recent years through the dedication of its volunteer musicians and loyal patrons.
