Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an evening of classic songs and timeless arrangements as Rick Stephenson—known as The Chairman of the North—brings the Frank Sinatra songbook and more to The Bunker stage.
A proud 40-year member of the American Federation of Musicians, Stephenson’s connection to big band music began early, inspired by the records of his grandparents. By age 15, he was already leading a big band of his own. He later honed his craft at Toronto’s Humber College, studying trombone performance under renowned mentor Ron Collier (Order of Canada), graduating with honours.
Rick has toured extensively as a bandleader, singer, and trombonist, fronting his own 17-piece orchestra and performing in theatres, festivals, jazz clubs, and broadcast appearances across television and music networks.
This special Saturday Night Live event offers two intimate showtimes—perfect for an early date night or a late-evening celebration—set in The Bunker’s listening-room atmosphere.

With limited seating, we kindly ask all ticket holders to arrive no later than 15 minutes before showtime to ensure your spot. Reserved seating may be released 15 minutes after the show begins. If seats are no longer available, refunds may be issued in person. Please note: no refunds are issued for no-shows.
