Description
The Campfireball is a storytelling show about You — the audience! Kind of like if Mr. Rogers was the host of Double Dare, The Campfireball is a live show created spontaneously out of the stories and lives of the audience. Right at the intersection of intimacy and absurdity, The Campfireball doesn’t ask guests to sit passively, listening to a storyteller, but rather invites them in to the storytelling process through a series of segments designed to incentivize both sharing and holding space for other’s stories (fear not introverts, participation is entirely voluntary! It’s just as important to be a listener as a teller). Created and hosted by Cory Howard (Moth Grand Slam Winner, National Storytelling Festival performer), by the end of the night we will have created a brand new story, the story of the audience.
