TICKET SALES AND ADMISSIONS
All sales transactions are considered final. There will be no refunds or exchanges. Tickets / Passes are non-transferable. Please be extremely cautious if choosing to purchase from a third party.
ENTRY
All tickets / passes will be required for admittance into the concert. All concert ticket / pass holders will receive a concert issued wristband; these are to be worn throughout the entire weekend day and evening. You are solely responsible for your pass. Legends of the Game Productions is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen passes.
The concert venue gates open Saturday at 4 PM for VIP guests for their meal in the VIP Area. There will be handicap lanes available. Patrons who purchased VIP tickets and General Admission tickets on-line will be provided with a fast pass lane into the venue.
ATM
ATM machines are available close by. Don’t let the lack of cash spoil your weekend.
ALCOHOL
Valid state issued ID’s are required. Anyone wishing to drink alcoholic beverages must go to an assigned Age Verification location and get the appropriate wristband each day of the event. Age verification will be required daily throughout the event. Anyone without a wristband will not be served alcoholic beverages. If consuming alcohol, you must have your wristband and valid ID with you at times, regardless of age.
If you are caught giving alcohol to anyone underage or if you are underage and caught drinking alcoholic beverages, you will be removed from the venue and will face criminal charges. (There will be designated color wristbands)
HANDICAPPED
We make every attempt to work with facilities that are handicapped accessible. Limited handicapped parking is available. State issued permit is required. A general admission seating area is provided for persons in wheelchairs and one companion.
FIRST AID
Medics will be available on site.
RESTROOMS
Facilities are readily available on the site. There are hand-washing facilities available. It is always advisable to carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer to any public event. Lines may form in these areas so please be kind and patient to other patrons at the event and maintain proper social spacing at all times.
SECURITY
Augusta law enforcement personnel are on duty for the event. Your full cooperation with them will be greatly appreciated. In the event of a problem or to report a crime, contact either a uniformed Police Officer or Event Staff for assistance. Persons that are not complying with the social spacing requests or any festival / concert rules of conduct will be subject to removal and/or legal trespass charges.
SEARCH
Legends of the Game Productions has a clear bag policy to enter the outdoor festival concert venues. There will be a bag / container search conducted at the gates of the concert.
These items will not be allowed in the concert venue.
- No outside food or beverages
- No weapons of any kind
- No knives – pocket knives included
- No video cameras or any recording devices including camera bags
- No laser pointers
- No backpacks
- No large purses
Failure to comply with search will result in denial of entry into the venue. This is strictly enforced.
BEVERAGES AND FOOD
A wide selection of your favorite foods and beverages including soda, beer, and wine will be available inside the concert venue. Ice Cold spring water is also for sale at the event. Legends of the Game Cooler Pass: For $200.00, ticket holders can bring a cooler full of their favorite homemade goodies. No non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages what so ever, no glass containers, no grills, charcoal burning or heating element devices. ALL coolers will be inspected before entrance into the park. One gallon container of water allowed per cooler.
PETS
Sorry, no pets allowed onto the Augusta Commons grounds. We comply with all state and federal laws in regards to service animals. Patrons requiring a service animal please contact Legends of the Game Productions in advance so we may assist you in your weekend experience. No same day service animal passes will be issued the day of the event.
CAMERAS
Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. You will be asked to return such items back to your vehicles. We are not responsible for your electronic equipment. All video recordings are considered intellectual property, and will need to be erased or turned over to artist’s staff before returning the electronic device to your vehicle. This is strictly enforced.

We promise that each show and each season will be unique as far as artists combinations. You will never see the same artist or show twice in a row!
