In this workshop we will explain the Three Skills of the Compassion Cycle, the Four Rules for applying The Compassion Cycle, and demonstrate how this model can be used to guide your initiatives around engagement, retention, inclusion, leadership development, wellness, and more. BONUS: Participants will have the opportunity to assess their own drama risk and compassion potentials with Next Element's validated Drama Resilience Assessment.
