Description
The art of fine dining meets the magic of a snowy wonderland. Envisioned and built by snow architect Clint Masse, creator of the world’s largest snow maze, The Den promises an unforgettable one-of-a-kind dining experience. Seated at an ice table in a Snow Carved building, you will be served world class cuisine by award-winning chef Luc Jean amongst the snowy artwork by some of Manitoba’s finest ice sculptors. The average ambient temperature in the snow buildings is around -5 degrees Celsius. Therefore, no formal attire is required! Instead, dress appropriately for your winter dining adventure: winter jacket, ski pants, winter boots, warm socks, warm clothes, scarf, toque, and winter gloves.
The Den experience includes a 4 course dinner, signature cocktail, and gratuities. It also includes the admission to the World's Largest Snow Maze and snow tubing at Snow Mountain. It is best to come an hour or 2 before your dinner to enjoy the winter venue. You can head in to the warming barn for a quick warm up before your dinner or make a quick stop by the Snow Bar for warm up beverage.
We can accommodate parties of 2 - 80. We have tables that seat 2, 4, 6, and 1 big table that seats 10 guests. For larger groups, the Snow rooms can be privately reserved.
For group bookings over 10 people, please contact us at: info@thedenrestuarant.ca or 204-786-6641 ext. 247.
