Step into the world of an 18th-century estate with our visiting nobility, Sebastian, the Duke of Broadleigh, and immerse yourself in a night of refined amusements and charming diversions. Stroll the grounds for a spirited game of croquet, try your hand at learning a period dance, and admire a stunning display of fashionable Regency attire that captures the height of Society's style. The evening will build toward a splendid formal ball, where guests may dance, mingle, and revel in the grandeur of the era. Throughout the night, you will encounter special guests performers and photo opportunities, adding an extra touch of drama and delight to the festivities.
Admission to The Duke's Ball includes three complimentary cocktails and an array of elegant heavy hors d'oeuvres, ensuring an evening that is as indulgent as it is enchanting.

General Admission Guest - $150: Includes admission to the Duke's Ball, 3 complimentary cocktails (non-alcoholic elixirs also available).*
VIP Guest - $190 (Limited to 28 Tickets!): Includes everything in the General Admission Guest Ticket plus a VIP Cocktail Experience before the main event with exclusive photo opportunities, and the ability to mingle with members of Society. In addition, VIP guests will receive take home hand-crafted silhouettes and watercolor portraits.** VIP Guests will be addressed as “Lord” or “Lady” throughout the evening.
*A cash bar will be offered during the Ball at the end of the evening.

Historic Rock Ford is comprised of the circa 1794 General Edward Hand Mansion and the John J. Snyder, Jr. Gallery of Early Lancaster County Decorative Arts. Our historic site is situated on 33 acres of gardens, woods and grounds surrounded by Lancaster County Central Park located in the southeast corner of Lancaster City. This remarkable estate offers visitors the opportunity to encounter the outstanding original late-Georgian style architecture of the Hand Mansion, to experience its rooms furnished in exquisite period style while, in the Snyder Gallery, to explore a nationally recognized collection of Lancaster County decorative arts dating from circa 1760 to 1820 including furniture, portraiture, long rifles, tall case clocks, silver, and much more.
