Description
Since the beginning of human civilization, we have used music and the breath to help us heal, reach higher states of consciousness, and connect with the divine. In our society we must create those experiences for ourselves. Join us in exploration through a series of unique breathwork journeys.
Space is limited to 10 participants per event
Each breathwork is a standalone experience. While some are in series based on a theme, they can each be enjoyed individually to equal benefit.
Like buds in the spring, we each withdraw and re-emerge on an ongoing, cyclical basis. This breathwork focuses on the energy of renewal associated with each of those re-emergences.
