Join your Hosts Marcus and Hope (aka HOCUS) on Thursday, May 8th for a special open mic variety show where we are exploring the very concept of [M]oThEr. What is [M]oThErhood? Is it sacred? Is it overrated? What are the complexities? What is/was your [M]oThEr like? Sing a song in her honor. Recite a poem that releases all your anger for her. Choreograph a dance about the joys and horrors of being a [M]oThEr . Show us what all you [M]oThErS got!
AND on Friday, May 9th there will be a fully curated show on the same theme featuring a variety of local and regional artists diving into the concept of [M]oThEr! Tickets for the Friday night event are available at barkinglegs.org
