This year’s Stoop Stroll will have a gilded glow. In the summer of 2022, Heyday Productions, LLC chose Center Square and the surrounding neighborhoods to film portions of Season Two of The Gilded Age for HBO. We will commemorate this filming with unique walking tours.
Guides will stop at spots within the neighborhood where scenes of The Gilded Age Season Two were filmed and share behind the scenes stories. Pictures of the actors in costume and the transformation of the facades will be on display.
No tickets will be mailed. Check-in at the tent at 235 Lark Street in front of Trinity Methodist Church 15 minutes prior to tour start. Tour duration is approximately one hour, covers eight city blocks, and it will be the end of June, so please wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for hot or damp weather. Rain date TBD.
Please note: You do not have to register for the Stoop Stroll to buy tickets for a walking tour (but you can!).
Tour Times
Tour price is $15/person. There is one tour every hour between 11 am and 4 pm. The maximum per tour is 16 people.
