What You Will Learn
Incredibly exclusive, highly allocated wines that are not available to the general public. Two Red Blend Wines (mainly cabernet franc, melot petit verdot grapes), 1 from Pontet Cenet Biodynamic Vineyard and 1 from Pym-Rae Biodynamic Vineyard. Guests will be presented with a Tasting Map to compaIre and contrast the two wines from these vineyard and learn why Biodynamic Vineyards make better wines ...or do they? Family Syle Tapas will also be served. Biodynamic Vineyards use no till farming, no chemicals and minimal disruption to the earth.
