A 5-Week Immersion in Reclaiming the Self
Your inner child is the emotional imprint of your earliest experiences. It holds your first memories of safety, rejection, joy, shame, creativity, and survival. When parts of us were overwhelmed or unmet, they adapted. Some became protective. Some became invisible. Some learned to perform. Some learned to disconnect.
This 5-week journey is designed to help you gently meet, repair, and reclaim those parts.
You’ll receive a workbook for reflection between classes, engage in guided Shamanic Journeys, and build a grounded relationship with your Inner Child.
Week 1 – Foundations (3-Hour Intensive) Sunday, March 8th 11am-2pm
We begin by understanding what the inner child truly is and how childhood wounds shape adult patterns. You’ll explore survival roles, emotional triggers, shame identity, and how the nervous system stores memory. We will identify your Wounded Inner Child Archetype to help calibrate the class to your Inner Child.

Week 2 – Meeting the Wounded Child - Monday, March 9th 7pm-9:30pm
We begin our first Shamanic Journey to meet the Wounded Inner Child. You’ll identify unmet needs, protective behaviors, and emotional imprints that still influence your life. Integration focuses on safety, grounding, and developing compassionate awareness.
Week 3 – Reparenting & Repair - Monday, March 16th 7pm-9:30pm
This week centers on becoming the secure internal adult your Inner Child needs. Through teaching and journey work, you’ll practice emotional attunement, boundary-setting, and internal reassurance. You’ll begin building daily reparenting practices that create lasting stability.
Week 4 – Releasing Survival Roles - Monday, March 23rd 7pm-9:30pm
We explore how childhood adaptations became adult identity. People-pleasing, perfectionism, invisibility, over-responsibility — these roles once kept you safe. Through shamanic journey and integration work, you’ll release outdated survival patterns and reclaim authentic self-expression.
Week 5 – Soul Retrieval & Integration - Monday, March 30th 7pm-9pm
Our final session is devoted to Soul Retrieval. You’ll journey to reclaim a lost child aspect carrying joy, vitality, creativity, or self-trust. We close with integration and anchoring practices to embody wholeness moving forward.

$50 Non-Refundable Deposit to Hold Spot in Class, Space is Limited
$150 Balance will be due by Invoice March 6th.
Workbooks will be provided for additional work outside the class.
