A workshop presented By The Doctor, our residential certified mental health expert.

Participants will explore the intersections of kink and mental health in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. They can expect to discuss how kink practices can impact psychological well-being, provide guidance on how to process potential triggers and develop strategies for self-care and healthy communication. They will also explore ways to connect with kink-aware, affirming therapists and resources.
