Concert Ticket Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing your ticket(s) to our event. We are excited to have you join us and are looking forward to an unforgettable experience. We understand that plans can change, so please review our refund policy below, which is designed to balance fairness to our attendees with the logistical and financial commitments involved in concert production.
Refunds:
- General Policy: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances outlined below.
- Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price and any service fees charged at the time of purchase.
- Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled date have 14 days from the announcement of the rescheduling to request a refund.
- Artist Cancellation: If a headline artist cancels and is not replaced by an artist of similar stature, ticket holders may be eligible for a partial refund. This is at the discretion of the event organizers.
- Severe Weather: In cases of severe weather that results in cancellation of the event, refunds will be issued in the same manner as for an event cancellation.
- Personal Circumstances: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for tickets due to personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel issues).
- Purchasing Errors: If you have made an error in purchasing your ticket, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds or exchanges in these circumstances are at the discretion of the event organizers.
- Fraudulent Purchases: If a purchase is found to be fraudulent, a refund will be issued, and the purchase canceled.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact eventsupport at vibeant dot com with your order number and purchase details.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
- Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- In cases where our refund policy is overridden by local laws or regulations, those laws or regulations will apply.
- Event organizers reserve the right to make final decisions on all refund requests.
