After several successful tours this year in Australia, Taiwan, and the Philippines, the renowned band is now set to take the Canadian stage by storm with their Akin Ka Na Lang Canada Tour 2024. Known for their unique sound that merges pop, alternative, and rock, The Itchyworms have been captivating audiences for over two decades.

This is a split-type venue with an All Ages section and 18+ only section.  Government-issued I.D. is required to enter the 18+ space.

Venue

The Palace Theatre at 219 8 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 7N2. Home to films, vaudeville acts, and orchestra performances, the Palace Theatre was also the site of the first public radio broadcast in Calgary. With its elaborate plaster ceilings, elegant exterior, and grand marble staircases, the Palace quickly became known as the most beautiful theatre in Canada and was declared a National historic site in 1996.

Ticket Tiers

18+ Area Access (Restrictions: 18+ Age ONLY,  Valid Government Issued Photo ID Required, No Entry Into All-Ages Section Allowed)

 

1. Standing General Admission: Access to Standing General Admission in the 18+ Area.

2. Standing VVIP: Access to Standing General Admission in the 18+ Area with refreshments and Meet and Greet session with The Itchyworms. Note, this is a Meet and Greet experience that offers a personal interaction, you may meet them as individuals or exclusive VIP groups.

 

All Ages Mezzanine Area Access (Restrictions: All-Ages Welcome, ID Not Required, No Entry Into 18+ Section Allowed, No Liquor Service)

 

1. Standing General Admission: Access to Standing General Admission in the Mezzanie All Ages Area.

Concert Ticket Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing your ticket(s) to our event. We are excited to have you join us and are looking forward to an unforgettable experience. We understand that plans can change, so please review our refund policy below, which is designed to balance fairness to our attendees with the logistical and financial commitments involved in concert production.

Refunds:

1. General Policy: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price and any service fees charged at the time of purchase.
3. Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled date have 14 days from the announcement of the rescheduling to request a refund.
4. Artist Cancellation: If a headline artist cancels and is not replaced by an artist of similar stature, ticket holders may be eligible for a partial refund. This is at the discretion of the event organizers.
5. Severe Weather: In cases of severe weather that results in cancellation of the event, refunds will be issued in the same manner as for an event cancellation.
6. Personal Circumstances: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for tickets due to personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel issues).
7. Purchasing Errors: If you have made an error in purchasing your ticket, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds or exchanges in these circumstances are at the discretion of the event organizers.
8. Fraudulent Purchases: If a purchase is found to be fraudulent, a refund will be issued, and the purchase canceled.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
• Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• In cases where our refund policy is overridden by local laws or regulations, those laws or regulations will apply.
• Event organizers reserve the right to make final decisions on all refund requests.
