Designed specifically for festival-goers of all ages and flexibility levels, you will focus on simple poses to release tension, boost your physical energy, and connect with your breath. Please bring a mat or a towel to fully enjoy this session on the lawn.
Sound Bowl Healing Vibration (20 Mins) Immerse yourself in total relaxation. In this unique sensory session, you will sit or lay back comfortably while the resonant, soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls wash over you. It is a deeply peaceful auditory experience designed to quiet mental chatter, lower your heart rate, and soothe the nervous system.
