No Refund Policy for Digital Event Tickets :
By purchasing a digital ticket for our event, you agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once a digital ticket has been purchased and delivered, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule changes, personal issues, or change of mind.
2. Digital Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically via [WhatsApp / Email / Text] to the contact information provided at the time of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they receive and retain the ticket.
3. Usage Confirmation
Accessing the venue or communicating with our team about the event or service (such as requesting table or bottle changes) confirms ticket usage and acceptance of delivery.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing false claims or chargebacks after using the ticket is considered fraud. We reserve the right to submit all evidence of ticket delivery and usage to PayPal or relevant platforms to defend against disputes.
5. No Refunds for No-Shows
Tickets are valid for the specified date and time only. If the buyer fails to attend, no refund will be issued.
