Description
Due to unforeseen circumstances we have rescheduled this event to the 21st November. More info to follow
Join Sussex Grazed and Virtuous Venison as they explore the meat dilemma, giving you insight into the complicated world of meat.
We'll kick off the evening with a guided nature walk around Wilding Waterhall, and discover how grazing animals are being used to enhance habitats across this ex-golf club. Next, our panel of experts will discuss the impact of deer browsing and grazing livestock on the environment, and how eating meat can support habitat regeneration. The evening will finish with some delicious tasters whilst chatting with one of the project's farmer partners.
