Great River Chorale is an auditioned adult community choir based in St. Cloud, MN, that has been praised for its “beautiful sound” by Classical Minnesota Public Radio (MPR) host Steve Staruch. The choir was one of five regional music ensembles featured on Classical MPR in September 2023, and was selected four times (in 2013, '15, '17, '19) for Classical MPR's "Taste of the Holidays" CD featuring Minnesota’s best regional ensembles. Great River Chorale was the only Minnesota choir outside the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area selected to perform in Chorus America’s 2021 National Conference and was one of ten Minnesota choirs to headline the 2015 Northern Voice Festival in the Twin Cities. Great River Chorale presents an annual concert season and is the principal choral partner of the St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra.
