Welcome to the most enchanting Christmas event of the year, The NORTH POLE EXPRESS 2024! Be ready to be whisked away on a magical journey to the "North Pole" and experience the true spirit of Christmas.
Immerse yourself in the sparkling wonder of the season aboard beautifully decorated vintage train coaches, filled with the sights, sounds, and smells of Christmas. Enjoy a holiday cookie, hot cocoa, holiday narration and caroling as we travel North to pick up lively elves, Mrs. Claus, and of course, Santa. A special souvenir for passengers of all ages and memories to last a lifetime. The trip lasts approximately 1.5 hours with time for boarding and unloading.
Tickets are required for all adults and children ages 12 months and up. Under 12 months of age must be held on a lap and will not receive refreshments or a souvenir.
The train is not handicap accessible and all passengers must be responsible for the safe loading and unloading of family members and guests.
TICKET WEATHER/ LATECOMER POLICY: Trains run rain, snow, or shine and will not be canceled in the event of inclement weather. Please plan accordingly for your safe arrival, as the train will not wait for late-comers, and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
TICKET PICKUP: Tickets are distributed the day of the event, approximately 45 minutes prior to your reserved boarding time and are not available any sooner. You will receive your boarding passes at the yellow ticket booth in the park beside the Freighthouse, along with songbooks. You may not board the train without your paper tickets.
