Description

Join us at The Broadside for open table tennis play and instruction from the New Orleans Table Tennis Club.  We will have multiple tables set up in the Pavilion for free play.  At 5pm all are welcome to join the NOTTC at the Broad Theater for a screening of MARTY SUPREME.  Tickets for the movie are available at thebroadtheater.com.  The fun starts at 2pm at The Broadside.

Play time will include:

  • watch exhibition points/games between the top players in Louisiana
  • receive lessons on the basics from experienced players and coaches
  • test your skills in open play with club members and community members

Loaner paddles and balls will be available! 

This event is free and open all ages.

FAQ

  • The showtime listed for the event is the time the event starts. Doors will generally open an hour before the listed show time unless otherwise listed.
  • We allow pets during the day, but not at night for music (anything after 7pm). Service animals are always allowed
  •  Please do not park in the Broad Theater parking lot. We have a parking lot for The Broadside and plenty street parking available on Toulouse and Lafitte. If you would like to be escorted to your car, please ask the Sheriff on duty. You may also park in the Auto Zone parking lot if they are closed. 
  • Our outdoor space has a variety of seating options such as benches, picnic tables, chairs, and stools. If you require a seat for health reasons or disability, please ask a staff member and they can provide you with a chair.
