What to Expect
From the first strum to the last stomping chorus, Outlaw Country Music & Arts Festival brings a full day of boot-stomping, heart-thumping live outlaw country music featuring some of the region’s boldest and most authentic performers. As the sun sets over Carlisle, the twang gets grittier, the crowd gets louder, and the outlaw spirit takes over.
Whether you’re a lifelong country outlaw or just starting to two-step into the scene, this is the celebration Central Pennsylvania has been waiting for.
Metal AF Events proudly presents this festival in support of Vertical for Life, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans transition after service, and Central PA Honor Flight, which uplifts our veterans with life-enriching experiences and recognition for their sacrifice.

Car show entry
$10, All proceeds from car show entries are donated to Vertical 4 Life and Central PA Honor Flight.

Not Just Music – A Movement
The Outlaw Country Rumble is proud to partner with Vertical for Life, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping U.S. military veterans successfully transition to life after active service. Their work includes providing mental health support, reintegration programs, mentorship, and real-world resources for veterans and their families, and also The Central PA Honor Flight, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life of our US military veterans.
Ten percent of all ticket proceeds will be donated directly to Vertical for Life and Central PA honor flight to support their ongoing mission. By attending The Outlaw Country Rumble, you’re not only supporting live music in Central PA — you’re helping to build a stronger community for those who’ve served.
