This 2-hour workshop is designed to prepare you for everything The Proving Grounds Puerto Rico will throw at you on March 7, 2026. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned competitor, this Pre-Camp will sharpen your technique, build confidence, and expose you to every major movement and piece of equipment used in the competition.
