New for 2026! The Pomp Junior Camp offers a foundational golf experience for boys & girls ages 7-14. The camp is all about being introduced to the game in a fun, yet structured environment. Kids that have zero golf experience, and no access to clubs, will be provided equipment each day. Kids that have some experience with the game are welcome as we split the group up into 3 rotating zones based on factors including skill & knowledge. All levels of golfers are welcome. The players will learn how to properly connect with the ball through swing basics, chipping, putting and understanding the basic rules of play. Our facility is introducing our new golf training area in spring 2026 that includes a practice tee box to hit off real turf, a driving range style artificial turf station, driving net, chipping zone, and a range field that reaches up to 200 yards of ball flight. We also feature a putting green, and the campers will get a taste of on course play to test out the skills they are learning. The Pomp Golf School is Directed by PGA Professional David Cook and includes staff of PGA Associates, Industry Professionals, Team Members. We are keeping a low instructor to student ratio so limited spots are available- registration will sell out.
Rain/Bad Weather: Camp is rain or shine. The campers will move into the barn to practice putting, chipping on our indoor turf stations and include games, rules review and other golf focused engagement.
All campers will receive a camp tee shirt at the end of the week and be provided with snacks/ bottled water each session. Please advise in advance of an allergies. All campers are required to wear appropriate golf attire to help encourage the basic etiquette of the game before we even strike the first ball!
