The Power Hour is designed for swimmers and triathletes looking to train and or race over 1900m + 

The Power Hour will take place on Thursday Evenings between 18:30 - 19:30 at Activities Away during June (9/6, 16/6, 23,6 and 30/6) These sessions will guide you through the missing elements of your stroke to help you improve form and take your open water fitness to the next level ready for a great summer season ahead. The Power Hour will also provide you with video feedback. one month of open water swim plans as well as a COACHED weekly session at Activities Away
