Passed hors d'oeuvres:
"Ahi" tuna wonton tacos, green apple relish
Prosciutto wrapped breadsticks
Gruyere and fig grilled cheese sandwich bites
Roasted Gulf shrimp with garlicky goat cheese
Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc: Spotlights vibrancy of fruit. A California white wine sourced from the state's Central and North Coasts, this delicious wine is perfect for a wine and cheese party.
First Course:
Butter poached lobster, grilled corn, and vanilla-scented risotto
The Prisoner Chardonnay: Bursting with aromas of vanilla, crème brûlée, and baked apple. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, flavors of pineapple and toasted oak integrate.
Second Course:
Roast rack of Colorado lamb, rosemary-gorgonzola polenta, heirloom carrots, brussels sprouts, red currant demi-glace.
The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2018: Aromas of black cherry and ripe plum are layered with vanilla and baking spice. Concentrated dark fruit flavors culminate in a lush, full mouthfeel and a lengthy finish.
Salad Course:
Grilled Romaine Salad with Charred Pork Belly, Roasted Pinoli, Asiago Cheese & Lemon Vinaigrette
Prisoner Red Blend: Features enticing aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, clove, and roasted fig. Persistent flavors of ripe raspberry, boysenberry, pomegranate, and vanilla linger harmoniously, for a smooth and luscious finish.
Dessert Course:
Flourless chocolate tort, dark cherry, hazelnut, and serrano chili salsa
Saldo Red Zinfandel: Dark ruby color with bold aromas of black licorice, black pepper, cherry, and baking spice. The entry is rich, full, and scintillating. The palate is mouthwatering and smooth with a hint of chocolate. The finish is voluptuous with soft, velvety tannins.
