The Prom
Everybody deserves a chance to dance!
Join CCPAC’s Musical Theatre Intensive for The Prom, a joyful, hilarious, and heartwarming musical about four Broadway stars on a mission to change the world — and finding a little redemption along the way.
When Emma wants to bring her girlfriend to prom, a group of self-absorbed Broadway stars discovers her story online and decides that helping her is the perfect opportunity to revive their fading careers. What begins as a publicity stunt quickly becomes something much more meaningful as they arrive in Indiana and find themselves fighting for the right to celebrate love, acceptance, and being exactly who you are. Packed with big musical numbers, sharp comedy, and plenty of heart, The Prom is a celebration of community, individuality, and the power of showing up for one another.
