The Queers are an American punk rock band, formed in 1981 by Portsmouth, New Hampshire native Joseph “Joe” P. King (a.k.a. Joe Queer).

The Queers have significantly influenced punk music, particularly within the pop-punk genre. Their sound blends fast, melodic punk with influences from the Ramones' raw energy and the Beach Boys' harmonies.
