If you're into flexibility, the Virtual 5K is for you. You can run or walk from anywhere, at your own pace, anytime during the event. Plus, proceeds from the virtual race will go towards supporting community group therapy sessions—a perfect way to race for a good cause!

Get ready for the ultimate team-based showdown with the Who Runs the City? Challenge—where teamwork, spirit, and community impact take center stage! This electrifying competition within the R&B Running Series isn’t just about speed—it’s about unity, energy, and making a difference.
Competition Structure
✅ Team-Based Challenge
Gather your squad and represent your team in this high-energy race! Each team must have a minimum of five participants to qualify. The more teammates you bring, the better your chances of taking home the crown!
✅ Point System for Fairness
Not everyone runs at the same level, so we’re using a balanced point-based system to ensure an even playing field. Points are awarded in the following categories:
- 🏅 Team Placement Points – The top 5 finishers’ times from each team will be averaged, determining the team’s placement.
- 👟 Participation Points – The team with the most runners registered earns bonus points.
- 🎭 Spirit Points – Show your team pride! Earn points for most creative team gear, banners, and energy on race day.
- 🤝 Community Impact Points – Teams that engage in community service initiatives, fundraising, or volunteer efforts leading up to the race will earn extra points!
