Plank like RBG! 

 

Work out with RBG’s personal trainer, Bryant Johnson, while being entertained with Johnson’s memories of his time with the late Justice. Enjoy a spirited session of storytelling and movement. Don’t worry you don’t need to be able to hold a plank as long as RBG could (at least 30 seconds) to participate! Did we mention there will be cookies? BYO yoga mat.

 

Following the program Bryant Johnson will sign copies of his book  the RBG Workout: How She Stays Strong . . . and You Can Too! Copies of his book will be available for purchase.
