With a powerhouse alto compared to Sara Carter and Patsy Cline, Ann Porcella found her own voice singing in church with her pastor father and musical family. A member of the Blue Moon Cowgirls as well as a solo performer, she has delighted audiences in the greater Baltimore/DC area for over 20 years with her sensitive lead singing and perfectly honed harmonies.

Gary Wright & Leah Weiss have been performing as a duo and in various collaborations in their hometown of Annapolis for over 20 years. Drawing from the traditions of Appalachian old-time and country music, their repertoire is a blend of originals, reinvented and traditional songs and tunes, and innovative contemporary covers. Driving fiddle, solid guitar lines, and tight harmony singing are trademarks of their sound.

Ann, Gary, and Leah first began singing together at local music gatherings and then started performing as a trio, They will present a concert of American roots music featuring lush three-part harmonies.

Janine Smith calls square, contra, ceilidh, and community dances in the greater Washington, DC area. She shares her humorous (okay, sometimes goofy) and infectious passion for music and dance generously, allowing you to relax and discover that YOU CAN DANCE! She'll bring you an afternoon of fun dances, squares and circles, and more. She brings the party, whether it's to a local barn dance, or to a dance weekend in the US or internationally. Superpower: "Reading the room" wherever folks are ready to whoop it up!

Hollywood Farm

Hollywood Farm is a 125-acre fourth-generation family farm in the Broadneck peninsula of Annapolis, Maryland.

Our family specializes in raising grass-fed Katahdin sheep on over 60 acres of pasture, selling lamb online, at the Anne Arundel County Farmer's Market, and to local restaurants. We try to practice farming in a way that respects our animals, our land, and our history in this area. In 2023, we completed a decade-long transition from turf farming to regenerative pasture-based farming. Our peaceful fields and 55 acres of woods and wetlands sustain a diversity of flora and fauna, providing an important buffer for waters leading to the Chesapeake Bay. We host the Grow Annapolis and La Finca community gardens, which together provide over 70 families with garden plots on which to grow their own food, and monthly harvest donations to local food pantries. Hollywood Farm is also host to a talented group of bees managed by our award-winning beekeeper, with hives producing beautiful, golden wildflower honey — and a small flock of chickens and ducks laying pretty varicolored GMO-free eggs. We love to host farm tours and special events. Please see our farm's website -- hollywoodfarm.com -- for more details.
