Led by Michelin-starred Chef Robert Wiedmaier, former owner of Marcel's, Siren, and Brasserie Beck in Washington, D.C., and Chef Robert McGowan, former Executive Chef of the Old Ebbit Grill, this dynamic duo brings world-class expertise and versatility to your dining table. Together, they draw on decades of culinary experience to create extraordinary meals inspired by both tradition and innovation. Their mastery spans classic American fare, refined French cuisine, rustic Italian dishes, and vibrant Asian flavors, allowing guests to curate a menu as diverse and inspired as their own tastes.

What To Expect

• Instructor: The Robert Collective

• Length: Approximately 3 hours.

• Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef prepares and cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.

• Location: First floor.

• Restrictions: Ages 21 and older. 

 

All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
