Music, Drama and Visual Arts are a vital part of life at ISB. Apart from the intrinsic value of these activities at all levels, we believe that artistic expression enriches our understanding of the world and helps students learn the dispositions for a successful and fulfilled life: collaboration; shared responsibility; focus and the importance of dedication and performance.
Description
The Sounds of Excellence - ISB String Concert
As part of ISB’s 75th anniversary celebrations, we’re delighted to announce a very special evening of music at the Brussels Cathedral.
On Thursday, 25 February 2027, the ISB Strings programme will present The Sounds of Excellence – a major concert bringing together our current Strings students and Strings alumni for a very special joint performance.
We’re also thrilled to welcome ISB alumna Esther Yoo, Class of 2012, as our guest soloist. Since graduating from ISB, Esther has gone on to build an exceptional career as a professional violinist, performing on some of the world’s most prestigious stages. Joining Esther on stage will be Yuichiro Haruno, Class of 2022, who is also beginning to build an impressive career as a violinist.
This concert will be a wonderful celebration of music, talent and the connections that continue across generations of the ISB community.
