We at the museum work to preserve and present the rich history of the Attleboro area with an emphasis on its industrial history. We welcome visits by individuals and groups interested in exploring Attleboro’s industrial history. We are active in making historic presentations both at the museum and out in our community.
Description
Join us at the AAIM on May 14th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for a read aloud of “The Tiny Seed” followed by a STEM activity geared toward younger children.
Throughout the story, we will folllow a tiny seed as it passes through the seasons until Spring and finally grows into the flower it was destined to be. Children will engage in an engineering challenge. Can you design a free-standing flower using playdough, popsicle sticks, straws, and more?
Space is limited, registration is required. This event is intended for ages 3-5.
