We at the museum work to preserve and present the rich history of the Attleboro area with an emphasis on its industrial history. We welcome visits by individuals and groups interested in exploring Attleboro’s industrial history. We are active in making historic presentations both at the museum and out in our community.
Description
Join us at the AAIM for a read aloud of “The Tiny Seed” followed by a STEM activity geared toward younger children. Throughout the story, we will follow the tiny seed as it passes through the seasons until Spring and finally grows into the flower it was destined to be.
Children will engage in an engineering challenge. Can you design a free standing flower using playdough, popsicle sticks, straws, and more?
This event is free. Registration is encouraged but not required. This event is intended for ages 3-5.
