Together, we’ll explore qualities such as patience, humility, gratitude, generosity, and compassion, and consider how greater self-awareness can deepen our relationships, guide the way we live, and help us become the people we want to be.
Each month offers an opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect with others navigating this stage of life.
