Join this viewing of never-before-seen footage from the historic First World Tribunal on Reparations, organized by the African People's Socialist Party (APSP) in New York in 1982.
The viewing will be followed by an interview with Uhuru Movement leader and APSP Chairman Omali Yeshitela who served as the People's Advocate at the Tribunal. Also on the program will be African People's Solidarity Committee Chair, Penny Hess.
This event is organized by Burning Spear Media, custodian of a rich store of video, audio, photographic and print materials documenting the history of the Black Power struggle as seen through the activities of the Uhuru Movement over the past 50 years.
