The Ed Asner Family Center

The Ed Asner Family Center provides a safe and transformative environment for families with special needs children. Here, they interact, learn and thrive as they acquire skills together, as a family, that enable them to navigate day-to-day life.

Matthew and Navah Asner, parents of three autistic sons, founded the Center. It provides access to critical mental health services and experienced staff who are trained to address the challenges faced by the special needs child. It supports and educates family members and caregivers with a wide variety of specialized programs, designed specifically for special needs families. These programs help family members adjust to and manage life with a loved one who is different. No one is alone, and no one is turned away for an inability to pay for services.
