This Is Water is a new musical play written and performed by singer-songwriter Rain Perry and directed by Kim Maxwell. With an open heart, self-deprecating humor, and a killer band, Perry looks to her own childhood and family for the sometimes subtle and often blatant ways that white supremacy infuses American life.

Backed by storytelling, wit, and live music, This Is Water explores memory, history, and resilience, inviting audiences into a shared journey of reckoning and hope.
