Each week tweens and teens will dive into one of the Big Five foundations of survival—Mindset, Shelter, Fire, Water, and Food—through hands-on challenges and powerful life lessons. From conquering the ropes course to cooking over an open fire, this series combines real outdoor skills with teamwork, resilience, and self-discovery. Come ready to learn, laugh, and grow stronger—together.
Nov 1: Mindset: Mind Over Matter Ropes Course. Tackle the ropes course and discover how mindset shapes every challenge.
Nov 8: Shelter: Animal Architects & Team Challenge. Learn from nature’s shelters, then build your own and test it against the storm.
Nov 15: Fire: Fuel, Flames & Focus. Learn how to start a fire, cook outdoors, and reflect on balancing passion and self-control.
Dec 6: Water: Flow, Filter & Find Your Way. Purify water, read topo maps, and play a resilience game inspired by water’s flow.
Dec 13: Food: Winter Resourcefulness. Cook over fire and stove while learning how animals & people survive the
challenges of winter.
