From savory small plates to vibrant seasonal bites, you’ll explore techniques and ingredients that bring big flavor to every dish. Sip, snack, and socialize as you move through each course, enjoying a hands-on culinary experience that feels more like a night out than a traditional class.

What To Expect
- Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
- Length: Approximately 2 hours.
- Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
- Location: First Floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
- Menu subject to change.
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
