Beyond Survival: Building a Sustainable Nonprofit. Nonprofit leaders are often balancing mission, funding, operations, volunteers, boards, and community impact while trying to avoid burnout and financial uncertainty. This interactive workshop is designed to help nonprofit directors create greater clarity, sustainability, and strategic focus within their organizations through practical business planning.
Through discussion, collaborative exercises, and guided planning activities, attendees will begin developing a nonprofit business planning framework that can help strengthen communication, improve sustainability, support donor and funding conversations, and create greater organizational alignment. Participants will walk away with actionable worksheets, planning tools, and a practical template they can continue building and refining within their organizations.
